Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Coach Garcia has dedicated his career to developing student-athletes both on and off the pitch. He has lived in Contra Costa County for the past 20 years, bringing extensive experience and leadership to the local soccer community.

Garcia holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Sciences and a master’s in Spanish Literature, combining his passion for athletics with a strong academic foundation. He has earned a Soccer Pro A License from the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) and is currently a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) B License candidate.

With 13 years of experience at both the high school and club levels, Garcia has helped build strong, competitive soccer programs. He previously coached at Marin Catholic and now serves on the De La Salle High School soccer coaching staff while also coaching at Richmond Sol FC. 

Garcia is dedicated to leading and inspiring student-athletes at Contra Costa College. He is committed to developing not only skilled players but also resilient individuals who value teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
