All student athletes are requested to fill out this form if you: 

 

1. Currently live outside the Contra Costa College recruitment area, and, 

2. You are interested in participating on a CCC athletic team. 

 

This form will assist the college’s coaching staff and should be completed by you at the time of, or as soon as possible following, your first contact with the Contra Costa College Athletic Department.
